Return and Refunds

We have a functional return policy if your sex doll arrives in a damaged condition, or you received the wrong one. There are certain conditions that are required to be fulfilled to process a return or refund.

1/ Damaged Items

To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes, we recommend that you make an unpacking video of your doll and make sure that no items are lost or damaged, so that we can process your return faster. If you notice that your package and your doll has been seriously damaged during shipping, please file a claim immediately with the courier, and inform us immediately, so that you can then ask for a return without any extra fees.

To be eligible for a return, the product should not be used and should remain in the condition it was delivered, and it must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition/damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistakes, without a proper unboxing video, we will have no way of knowing who is responsible for the damages. We would not be able to return or refund. In addition, there are no refunds on items that are on sale.

If the damage of the product and the loss of parts are our responsibility, depending on the severity of the damage, we can either send you a new doll or placement parts. Customers must send the damaged doll back to us within 5 days from receipt of products. Please be aware, the doll should not be used and should remain in the condition it was when delivered.

If a doll is returned to us due to your mistake and negligence, such as not picking up on time from the courier’s office, providing the wrong shipping address, or your refusal to accept the package (unless it is damaged), you must pay all the return shipping costs. Those costs can exceed $800 for a full-sized doll.

We do not accept returns on opened items. To request a refund on an unopened item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We do not cover the shipping costs for the returns.

2/ Incorrect & Faulty Items

If you opened the package and it is not the item you purchased, we recommend that you make an unpacking video, and contact your specialist immediately so we can resolve the issue for you. We need to see video and pictures to verify if it is a defect or the incorrect item. Customers must inform us immediately, so we can send a new one to replace the incorrect item. After 8 days upon delivery, we will not replace nor refund faulty or incorrect items. You must send the product back to us within 7 days from receipt of products if you choose to replace your doll.

3/ About Quality Standards

Please be aware that each doll might look a bit different from the images on the website, such as minor skin color differences and slight makeup differences. We remind you that you can request to see photos of your doll before shipping to have a final look at your doll. Please note that this request may slightly delay the shipping of your doll. There are some other normal minor flaws such as slight mold marks which most often appear on the back of the neck of your doll. For silicone sex dolls, those marks are impossible to avoid completely. Unless you choose an all-in-one doll there will always be a slight gap between the neck and the head of the doll. This gap is usually more visible when the doll is lying down. Sometimes the nails and eyelashes will become loose during shipping. If this happens, simply use glue to reattach them. Note, the above conditions will not be regarded as faulty.

4/ Cancelation Policy

Buyers have 20 hours after placing an order to cancel their orders, and we’ll refund you immediately through the same payment method. After 20 hours no changes or request for cancellation is accepted. Cancellations made within 2 days will be subject to a 10% processing fee, within 4 days will be subject to a 15% processing fee, and cancellations after 4 to 7 days will be subject to a 30% processing fee. All orders cancellation will incur a transaction fee of $120.

5/ Shipping Costs & Refunding

Love Doll Paradise does not cover the round-trip shipping cost, as the shipping cost is deducted for the refunded amount. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying the round-trip shipping costs when returning your doll to us. If you are shipping an item over $800, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We will give you a refund within 16 days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that we will delay refunding if we haven’t received the dolls. We would charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard delivery such as express delivery services. Import duty, tax and VAT will not be refunded for sex doll heads, wigs, or any other lovedoll accessory.
